Objective
Oviva Corporation commissioned our statistical consultancy services for their upcoming
SAFE-LCD trial, scheduled to take place from 2023 to 2025. The primary goal was to develop a comprehensive statistical analysis plan, including sample size calculation and the establishment of a robust statistical plan. Additionally, we are responsible for conducting thorough data analyses upon the completion of the trial.
Approach
Our team of experienced statisticians and data analysts collaborated closely with Oviva Corporation to design a detailed statistical analysis plan tailored to the specific requirements of the SAFE-LCD trial. This involved:
- Conducting a thorough review of the trial design and objectives.
- Performing rigorous sample size calculations to ensure adequate statistical power for the trial’s endpoints and objectives.
- Developing a comprehensive statistical analysis plan, taking into account the nature of the data and the specific research questions.
